As part of this growth initiative, CharSpa Wellness & Aesthetics is opening a private investment round beginning June 2026 to support facility expansion, equipment acquisition, staffing, marketing, and strategic implementation.

We are currently considering investment participation beginning at $5,000 and welcome discussions with individuals, professionals, and strategic partners interested in supporting our long-term vision.
Our current expansion objective is to raise up to $350,000 to accelerate growth and position CharSpa for its next stage of development.
